      Pros

      CEO is caring and kind Lots of smart and lovely people Great way to get your foot in the door for tech/consulting Free healthcare Work/life Balance

      Cons

      This company is experiencing a lot of growing pains. Even if you communicate your point of view, your concerns won’t be addressed. Acknowledged, yes. Acted upon, not so much. Promotions are given to those who suck up, not those who work hard.

      Pros

      People and culture - you get out what you put in, but this company cares about its employees and their individual well-being, so protecting work-life balance is supported and encouraged. I got lots of mileage out of 1:1s and mentorships. Career opportunities - Career management is employee-driven, as it should be, but in my experience Logic has been great about meeting me where I am and giving me opportunities to try new things aligned with my goals, often much sooner in my career than I would have gotten elsewhere. Approach it with patience and humility and you will be taken care of.

      Cons

      Salaries aren't quite as high as other similarly-sized consultancies, but in my opinion, I am compensated very fairly and the culture and career growth Logic offers is worth the tradeoff compared to what I could be making elsewhere. You will need to decide for yourself what matters most to you - for me, happiness > pay.
