Pros

I first connected with a Logic20/20 recruiter in Aug '15 and finally joined the company in Mar '16. The onboarding timeline - from initial meeting, to successive interviews, to job placement - took longer than I would have hoped, but my counterparts at Logic20/20 were very open and honest throughout the process. I always knew what to expect, had scheduled times to check-in with my recruiter, and was given ample opportunity to meet with prospective clients. It was worth the wait and I am very happy with my new company and my first client. I feel that I was set up for success and intend to deliver accordingly.

Cons

After a lengthy recruiting and onboarding process, I suddenly had a very compressed schedule to begin work both at Logic20/20 and with my client.. I essentially had to learn two jobs at once, feeling like I was in over my head. That being said, I was able to "tread water" after two weeks.

Pros

Consulting can be kind of a crazy thing, but these people get it. Logic seems to hire not just smart people but also helpful people. Sometimes you are on a crazy project, trying to figure things out and you need some help. Logic hires people who know how to take the work seriously but not take themselves seriously.

Cons

Work should be challenging. Different clients will have their issues. I have only been with Logic for a few months so I don't really have any gripes. Compensation seems on par if not a little better than the market. I'll check back in a few more months if I come up with anything :-)
