Pros

Great opportunities for growth if you are driven, personable, and hard working. Colleagues are very dedicated to delivery, treat each other like family, and like to have a fun on the job and outside of the office. Projects can cover a wide range from custom technology solutions to change management and consultants have the ability to influence which projects they are placed on. The recruitment process was very smooth and painless, with 1 phone interview, 1 Skype interview, and 1 in-person interview before being hired.

Cons

In-house resources are currently being developed, as to be expected in a relatively young company. This has not been a significant issue, and they are currently rolling out new internal resources every day.

Pros

Logic20/20 recruited me right out of college for a specific project, and I had a lot of growing to do over the almost 2 years that I would spend with them. I came in as an analyst and rolled through a few different roles on my project, and I felt incredibly supported by both the leadership on the team and the leadership at Logic. I felt challenged, and I felt that they wanted to stretch me and push me to my limits so that I could see what I was really capable of achieving. And they were right to do so: I learned quite a bit about myself during my employ with Logic20/20, and my repertoire of skills multiplied through all the opportunities and experiences I had. I don't know of many companies so devoted and invested in developing and fostering their employees' capabilities. I experienced quite a bit of growth and change personally, too, over that time, and found that I had a very solid foundation of support and understanding from the leadership at Logic. I know Logic20/20 strives to be one of the best places to work, and I think they achieve that on a daily basis.

Cons

At times, as with any job, turnover puts stress on employees. Our project, in particular, struggled to find the right project management and leadership in the beginning. I would say that this is simply a risk in consulting, though, and less a con for Logic specifically.

Fast pace, lots of opportunity

Pros

Fast (sometimes frenetic!) pace makes for interesting projects that are always moving forward. Small enough and nimble enough company to give its staff opportunities for growth (developing practices, owning new initiatives, getting involved with sales). I was lucky enough, like lots of others to benefit from fast promotion based on performance, not age and time at role.

Cons

I appreciate the fast pace does not suit everyone. Some growing pains due to growth of business (processes could be improved)
