Pros

Great opportunities for growth Open and sharing environment Opportunities to work on and learn things you might not have learned otherwise. Very few politics, most people recognize there's enough growth to expand your role without needing to step on others.

Cons

Pace is almost too fast, can be common to work long hours. Not all projects are sexy, some are relatively simple execution.

High base salary, some projects were good

Cons

Leadership is siloed and doesnt tell their employees what reality is. I had a bad manager who blamed me for everything as our projects started dwindling, so then then came the furloughs. Leadership plays favorites so get on their good side and drink the cool aide and you might make it out. They pretend like they are a family and will stab you in the back to help each other look better.
