Thank you for sharing your review. We're glad to hear that you found the PTO and compensation to be positive aspects of your experience. We also want to acknowledge your concerns around 401(k) matching, job stability, and mentorship. These are important topics, and we're continuing to focus on ways to strengthen our support—especially when it comes to career development and long-term employee investment. If you're open to it, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect further; please feel free to reach out to HR or your practice leader to continue the conversation.

Pros

Some genuinely talented and kind colleagues CEO is personable, though unfortunately disengaged from the real culture issues

Cons

Leadership treats employees like numbers, not people. There's a strong reliance on gaslighting and scare tactics to manage teams, and feedback is not only unwelcome—it’s met with hostility. If you raise concerns or suggest improvements, you're often told outright that you're free to leave if you’re not happy with “how things are.” Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent. Although the company claims to offer a hybrid work environment, remote days are clouded by constant mistrust. Managers frequently imply that employees aren’t working hard enough from home and use passive-aggressive comments to make their skepticism known. In the office, there is unspoken pressure to be at your desk by 8am sharp and not leave a minute before 5pm—any deviation is noticed and gossiped about by management. There’s also a frustrating lack of consistency. New processes are introduced with urgency—employees are expected to drop everything and jump in—only to have them abandoned a short time later with no reflection or learning. The culture has deteriorated significantly, and mental health across the team is at an all-time low. Despite knowing all of this, the CEO continues to look the other way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you found your colleagues to be talented and kind—it’s something we truly value in our team. We also appreciate you being candid about the challenges you faced, particularly around communication, consistency in expectations, and how feedback is delivered. That’s not the experience we strive to create, and we take that feedback seriously. We’re committed to improving clarity in our processes and fostering an environment where employees feel supported and heard. Insights like yours are essential in helping us move closer to that goal.

Terrible Management

Business Outlook

Pros

I can say decent benefits, and the other consultants are great colleagues.

Cons

Poor management and unrealistic expectations. Many tasks assigned fall outside the agreed scope of work. There is pressure to take on sales-related responsibilities and report internal insights in ways that feel uncomfortable. Additionally, employees are frequently pulled into unplanned meetings. Despite hard work and dedication, salary increases are unlikely.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you've had a positive experience with your fellow consultants and found value in the benefits—collaboration and support are core to how we work. We appreciate you raising your concerns around expectations and role clarity. We understand how challenging it can be when responsibilities feel unclear or expand beyond what was originally discussed. As part of our commitment to a culture of growth, we’re continuing to refine how we engage team members in broader business activities—like solution design and identifying areas for client impact. That said, it’s critical that these opportunities are supported with the right context, communication, and guidance. We’re actively investing in clearer role alignment and additional manager training to ensure expectations are realistic, transparent, and sustainable.
