Pros

Logic20/20 provides employees at every level of the organization with the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and professional environment. The company prides itself on hiring intelligent and hardworking individuals and offers a variety of career paths in management, business consulting, and technical consulting. In addition to working on interesting projects and with great clients, employees also benefit from monthly social events and close partnerships with local and global non-profit organizations. Logic20/20 believes in a strong company culture and continually provides consultants with the opportunity to provide candid feedback. The company is led by a focused and caring senior leadership team that put consultant and client interests ahead of their own. Hardworking and dedicated employees are rewarded with a competitive benefits package and bonus structure.

Cons

Some resources are lacking in terms of standardized training or learning opportunities but individual requests are always taken into consideration by upper management. Also, internal communications needs to be improved to keep up with all of the professional and social activities going on.

Pros

They will reimburse you for getting relevant certifications. Sometimes this is mandatory for you to do so they can try and sell you to clients as an expert, regardless of your real-world expertise. Of course, you will be on the hook to justify yourself against hard questions rather than the person who sold you up front.

Cons

I would not recommend that anyone join this company unless they are actively maintaining a search for a "real" job or just out of options. This is a staff aug shop but your recruiter might lie and say otherwise. When you find your next gig, quit unapologetically and leave this chapter behind you.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re glad to hear the certification reimbursement program was valuable—it’s one of the ways we aim to support ongoing professional growth. At the same time, we're sorry to hear that parts of your experience left you feeling unsupported. At Logic20/20, we’re focused on delivering high-impact consulting work and doing so in a way that helps our team members grow and thrive. We recognize how important it is to have clear communication around roles and expectations, and we’re continuing to work on strengthening how we prepare and support consultants throughout their projects. If you’re comfortable reaching out to connect with HR or practice leader focused on people programs, we encourage you to do so.
