      - Flexible hours - Worked with some nice people - Good pay

      Cons

      - The T-Mobile group I worked with had some really smart people but they had a hard time communicating. The code and documentation was very unorganized. As a result, onboarding to this project as a new member was rough. - As for Logic 20/20, they didn't seem to care much on how well you performed on your project. When they started cutting employees it seemed like it was based on tenure rather than merit.

      Long term PM projects that aren’t very interesting. New culture or growth bs model that essentially makes consultants salesy people. They essentially made selling as part of our bonus structure. Only 80% medical coverage and cheap with holiday allowance
