      Great work life balance with the company, and at MY current client.

      Cons

      More of a staffing agency than consultant. Projects at clients may not be as interesting. If you're not a PM or Developer, your career development path may not be as clear.

      People working there were overall nice. You have mentor and manager to help you throughout the projects.

      Small company, pay is below market price . They don’t have many project options for you.

      Caring people around, politics start on the senior director level or above so if you are below, you will be fine

      Projects are boring, not enough resources around. Company is small.
