      Opportunity to own your success

      Pros

      Great place to find autonomy and grow. You have the opportunity to own your project, delivery, and if you're successful you can be rewarded.

      Cons

      Can be difficult for people who don't know their path, individual drive is needed. You need to learn how to balance client/project needs with understanding the consulting business; which can create a knowledge gap between consultants in a role and leadership.

      Great Career Move

      Pros

      Having spent a few years with Accenture I understood the world of consulting but from a narrow view. Moving to Logic20/20 has enabled me to be on so many projects, tiger teams and business pursuits that I just couldn't have imagined before. For my everyday interest and my long term career, this has definitely been a good move.

      Cons

      We are nearly always adding more people needs to our projects. What are we doing to keep the standards high?

      Pros

      Logic20/20 has a great, supportive culture. There are a ton of opportunities to be involved socially, help grow the business, and your own professional skill set. The leadership is open to suggestions, and transparent about the state of the business. In addition, they have a great set of clients, with great projects.

      Cons

      Average benefits (but on par with other small/mid-sized firms) and the location can be hard for game days.
