Pros

There's a huge culture of "we" - Everyone is there to help you no matter what your ask is. Great career path within the company and a great open door policy all the way up to the CEO

Cons

The location is a downside, since it's right across from Safeco field. So if there's a game, plan on working from home.

We place an emphasis on making sure that the employees are heard and work to respond to their suggestions. You’re definitely right about the benefits of interacting with the employees more --- we have a great team of experienced and thoughtful people working together and their ideas consistently improve the Company. Yes, it does pay to plan ahead when there are games, but we believe we have a great location --- close to transit, at the end of I-90, away from the congestion of downtown, and in a first-class office building.

Pros

I've been with the firm for two years and experienced high-five worthy successes and a few disappointing lows on projects and internal activities. What's unique at Logic is that the I have yet to feel like management is looking for opportunity to call me out on my mistakes. Instead, the environment is intentionally set up to support you and help you grow. If your client is flying off the handle, Logic will do its best to understand and empathize with the consultant as its first reaction. Any "learning opportunities" would truly be just that and not punitive in nature. If you're from a Big 4 or investment banking background, it's going to feel odd that management and your peers genuinely care about you and your well being.

Cons

Turnover feels high, and it's always hard to see friends move onto other companies. The good news is that people leave for varying reasons, but it's typically positive--going to work for a client, using a skill set developed at Logic to make big $ at Amazon, travel the world. Also, the 401k matching program is indisputably awful.

Thank you for your feedback. Logic20/20 aims to cultivate a workplace where support and growth for employees is a top priority and we are continually looking for more ways to build upon this. The launch of our career management program, our upcoming move to bigger office space, and a constant review of our benefits package are just some of the steps we are making to meet the professional needs of our employees.
