Pros

It's pretty simple. I work with great people every day. Some are clients and some are co-workers. They're all good people and that makes a difference. I have worked for a few consulting companies that want to be great but this one is the first company that is really great.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say.

Pros

Good experience, learned lots working on a Microsoft project.

Cons

The company his reliant on Microsoft contracts. Every new Microsoft fiscal year, budgets were cut. This results in furloughs, with no regard for retaining talent. Constant fear of being furloughed, which is demoralizing. There is a good chance you get a year on a project, and then budgets get cut.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that you found your work on Microsoft projects to be a valuable learning opportunity. We recognize the challenges presented by the nature of budget cuts and furloughs. We are actively working to diversify our client portfolio to provide greater stability for our consultants. Additionally, we are focused on improving our communication during these transition periods. We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us better support our team.

Pros

Logic is the most collaborative company I have worked for. Good, smart people working on the same team is what I love most about it. The work is interesting and usually has good growth opportunities.

Cons

Most of the team is remote, though there are occasional meet-ups. Consulting takes strong communication and a working style that is not everyone's cup of tea.
