      Fully remote, flexible work schedules depending on the project, set your own career growth and pace, competitive salary, great health insurance.

      Cons

      Lack of benefit options, role expectations are typically unclear, lack of internal structure, remote employees are often an afterthought when planning company events, and lack of transparency.

      Great growth opportunity for new grads, analysts and consultants with 0-3 years of experience. In general, also a great place to work for those wishing to make a career transition into tech and/or business consulting from another domain/field.

      Cons

      Slow/less opportunity for advancement for experienced Sr Consultants and Managers.
