Our consultants join us with a vast variety of experience, knowledge, and skillsets, and we do our best to ensure that the projects on which they work match not only their interests, but also provide an opportunity professional growth, including working in a team environment (almost 70% of our projects have multiple consultants working on them). Each consultant prepares a career development plan and the consultant is responsible for driving to achieve this --- we provide mentoring as well as training, leadership, and specific project opportunities to help them achieve their goals. This is but one of the many reasons we were awarded Seattle Magazine’s 2nd Best Company to Work For in 2016 for the large company category and we believe this is also a reason why our voluntary turnover has continually declined (currently a 50% decline over the past year) .
