      Pros

      -fantastic culture -great location -solid group of talented professionals -pervasive proactive and motivated environtment -thorough vetting process -productive and organized work flow -exciting from initial interviews, through onboarding, and day to day -flexible

      Cons

      -lack of solution specific training -offerings are very vast (which is a benefit) but difficult to grasp for a non tech person -lots of meetings

      Pros

      Being a small company, you get a lot of face time with executive management, and everyone knows your name around here. The company is invested in helping you develop your career through training, career management, and internal initiatives, and excellence on client projects. I started out as a contract employee, and through working 110% on my project and contributing to the company internally, I was moved to a full-time employee during review time. If you want to work hard, and raise through the ranks while learning tons of new information and skills, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      The only major con I have is that you have limited self-expression here. You have to cover your tattoos, no piercings outside the ears, and "alternative" hair colors are discouraged.

      A great place to start your career and hone your skills

      Cons

      Not only are you working on a project, but it is mandatory that you be involved in many internal initiatives if you want any kind of acknowledgement.
