Pros

Work life balance is decent if you're not on-call.

Cons

In an attempt to hit "rule of 40" numbers LM has continued to cut costs in a way that negatively impacts employees. Bonus pools continue to shrink, and targets become more and more unattainable. Benefits are also being cut/reduced every year. In the engineering department there has been a huge push to use GenAI as much as possible. During an engineering all-hands meeting it was brought up that if we don't use AI "enough" our bonuses will be negatively impacted, and there has been zero clarification about what is considered "enough".
