May be work culture where they value work and not ask to spend time in office unnecessarily.

Cons

Benefits are not like used to be , always cost optimizing, low or no hikes, management doesn't know why they are doing something. Not so open culture. HR's are not of any help. Few people would always be star. CEO keeps appearing in public and not sure her role in growth of company.
