Legacy codebase and layoffs

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits and no so stressful.

Cons

The technology is terribly old in most parts, including Java, SOA etc. The company employs very old-school bureaucratic processes and goal-setting. Most of the development work is done in India, while the rest of the company faces significant layoffs for cost optimization.
