      Pros

      You'd be hard-pressed to find a more passionate group of people, all centered around the product/service that they work so hard to sell, support and improve.

      Cons

      Procedural documentation, while as amazing as it is, does seem to be getting "heaped" in favor of new versions, without being cleaned up. Lot of junk to sift through at times on internal documentation.

      - Strong focus on employee satisfaction - Healthy work/life balance - Multiple comp benefits - Management/supervisors encourage feedback, highly transparent - Lots of events outside of work that are actually really fun - Co-workers are super friendly, great to be around

      Cons

      - Typical growing pace of fast-growing companies, but nothing that takes away from being a great workplace. - The product is constantly being updated with improvements, however they happen so quickly it sometimes can be difficult to keep track.
