      -Great Benefits and an awesome work/life balance culture -Fun and smart people to work with -The product is awesome and always improving

      Cons

      -It's a sink or swim autonomous atmosphere so you need to be a self-starter and motivated or else you will feel lost quickly -it's a startup so we are still gettin processes and procedures worked out but this also means you get more of a say in those processes and procedures
