      Pros

      As the title states, the vast majority of the people at LogicMonitor are smart, motivated and enjoyable to work with. The company is growing at a steady rate and continues to prove that it has one of the best products in its space.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's a slight lack of communication between teams, but this rarely leads to friction. Rather, you'll find that two people have accomplished the same tasks (sometimes) via two different methods.

      Pros

      Founder and CEO act like regular Joe's and honestly listen to feedback from all employees. Everyone is professional and is up to the game of moving the company forward!

      Cons

      Since still in startup mode you may be asked to do things that do not fall in your "job description"

      Pros

      Open communication is facilitated on teams and with management. Management is flexible and more understanding than most companies. Company places a lot of emphasis on learning and everyone I've talked with is open to teaching new people about the product.

      Cons

      Fairly homogenous company culture that feels exclusive to the other.
