      Pros

      This company centers around a truly awesome SaaS project that people love. The passion is contagious and there are plenty of smart people doing impressive work. Great balance of fun/startup culture with seniority and maturity at the leadership level. Perks and compensation are top-notch. Promoting from within is common; employees feel empowered and that anything is possible here.

      Cons

      An increasing need to stay focused doesn't always work well in a relaxed, carefree, open work environment.

      Work hard, play hard! LogicMonitor really does follow that mantra. It's great to work at a place that values balance as much as they do productivity and hard work.
