      You really have the opportunity to be the driver of your own career here. They sincerely higher good people and encourage them to follow a path that is exciting for them. This allows the employee to thrive and creates an awesome culture. You don't necessarily have to follow a linear path. You can move departments entirely if the fit is right

      There is always a lot to do, so if you need someone to tell you what to do next, you might not be the best fit.
