The people here are great. Work environment is fantastic. The dynamic between teams is superb. After you work at LM and test other monitoring software, you quickly realize how awesome the product is and working here is a blessing.

Pros

The culture at LogicMonitor is beyond expectations. I came from a very similar environment as far as benefits are concerned. However, LogicMonitor has proven to be a much more enjoyable place to work. My coworkers are fabulous and I am truly amazed at the collaboration that is encouraged from the bottom up. The incentives to work effectively and efficiently are numerous and attractive.

The office is really cold ;)
