      Pros

      Super positive environment with encouragement to grow your capabilities. Everyone is very supportive and helpful when questions arise. The vibe is very energetic every day. There are company wide training sessions weekly that enable everyone to learn about different aspects of what is happening within the company as a whole. A great place to work.

      I can't think of anything bad about working here.

      Great company culture, friendly people, amazing offices, supportive management, and an overall fun place to work.

      Structure of on the job training is still a little "unstructured" as they try to move towards exact duplication for each new employee based on their job role. However, all current employees working in the role that you are hired for are really willing to help out and ensure that you know and fully understand the major points of your job duties. You won't feel like you don't know enough to perform your job.
