      Great pay. Work from home opportunity. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Finger-pointing when things go wrong. Extremely disorganized. Poor management. No OKRs and no means for accurate performance measurement.

      Managers are selected not on leadership skills but on pure performance, which may lead to inferior managers that don't know how to lead and help their teams move forward.

      Great company, but product isn't better than competitors

      -Great happy hours -Great management -Fun co-workers -Remote -You have flexibility to take care of household errands while you work -If you work harder than everyone else, you will see success, and even if you aren't hitting quota but are putting in the metrics, your job should be secure

      Cons

      -My main problem is that the product isn't any better than competitors and LogicMonitor is almost always more expensive than competitors -About 90% of reps aren't hitting quota -Office is open but parking is not free (Downtown Austin Texas)
