      Pros

      One thing that LogicMonitor does well is their community groups. I appreciate the inclusion and making people feel represented

      Cons

      As the company has grown, they've added all new leadership which has completely destroyed the culture. Things used to be more laid back and fun, and it now feels very intense. People are overworked and there is a lack of transparency across the organization. I’ve also noticed a lot of favoritism. The same people get promoted over and over. If you aren’t one of the favorites, don’t expect any growth here.

      Pros

      -Solid Product -Mid level Management down foster great culture.

      Cons

      -Overpriced, Very difficult to sell with no solid GTM Strategy. -No confident Direction. -Benefits and perks slowly being removed. -Sharp increase in outsourcing coupled with US based Layoffs. -Tenured employees leaving at alarming pace. -ELT seem far removed from Daily operations. Large disconnect in reality. -Employee Morale and Culture being quickly wiped out by current leadership.

      Slashing costs at the expense of morale

      Pros

      This is very good product that does what it promises. The people in the trenches are great to work with and the possibility to learn new technologies is always present

      Cons

      The product is great but it is overpriced and the sales quotas are unrealistic. Due to the unrealistic quotas not being met cost savings have been reducing benefits and raises for the past two years.
