      Pros

      -great team -great work environment -great training -have all the tech you'll need to be successful

      Cons

      -they don't promote often -NO ANNUAL PAY RAISES -Average raise is 2% every 2 years or so with "no plans" for annual raise discussion for a top company in the industry, which makes it clear that they'd rather hire people that are comfortable with not getting paid what they're worth, until they get fed up with it. -People are overworked and are transferred clients almost weekly because the turnover here has been high the last year feels like.

      Good place to get your foot in the door 100% remote

      Cons

      Company has changed a lot without much care for employees Not willing to give any kind of pay increase As of this year, the original job that most people were hired for changed to more of a sales role without any extra compensation Company doesn't care much about input unless things are "tried" first.
