3yThank you for your feedback. Leadership has worked over the last 6 months to transition responsibilities from Account Managers and make their workload more manageable. 3yWow, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve spoken about one major change this year with regards to account management that had the overwhelming approval of account managers, and it hasn’t even taken place yet. The last 3 years have been amazing in terms of growth and product development, but we aren’t quite there yet. Based on everything I’m seeing and the changes we are making, 2023 is going to be a breakout year. I'm also happy about our position of growing and being debt free in this crazy interest rate environment.
