Thank you for your feedback. The growth and training of our employees are extremely important to us, so it is exciting to have you share positive thoughts about your training experience. We have been working hard behind the scenes to reduce health insurance rates across the board for our employees and just announced earlier this month that all employees will see at least a 15% decrease in current premiums for the next open enrollment. We appreciate all that you do and thank you again for taking time to leave a review!

Pros

- Out by 3:30pm PST - Remote - It was a good pandemic job/a good job to start in Digital Marketing - They don't micromanage so you're really in charge of how you spend your day - The people are nice when you're doing well - It's a fun environment and they're big on giving you fun activities (early outs in the summer, Logical-palooza, and when they were in office bean bags, ping pong tables, etc)

Cons

- Start at 7:00am PST - The pay is really low if you're not in the top 10% of the sales team - They churn and burn the sales team - Huge employee turnover, people are constantly getting fired or leaving - Managers are helpful when you're doing well but once you're not they have little advice to give - They don't like you moving to different departments. On the sales side they're goal is to get you to a BDE position and really discourage moving out of sales into a different department

Thank you for your honest and candid feedback. It is nice to hear that you valued the work environment we provide and believe LP is a great place to learn digital marketing. It looks like you were at LP for over a year and the average pay for this tenure is $70,000+. That average jumps to over $100,000 after just 2 years. The top 10% that you mentioned earn much more. You are correct – We try not to micromanage our people, but we do provide clear expectations and concrete goals upfront, along with excellent coaching, online education, and full-time Sales Development Coordinators to ensure all employees have the tools needed to become successful. Even with that support, not everyone is best suited for the sales role. Any current employee can apply through our Internal Job Board for any opening and their application is given priority over external candidates. Many Product and Operations hiring managers not only started in Sales but often prefer internal Sales applicants because of their experience and product knowledge. We are sorry that you didn’t find a long-term home at LP in a position that was better suited for you. We hope that your experience at LP will help you achieve your goals and wish you the best of luck in the future! -Sales Leadership
