Pros
Incredible upward mobility to those who put in the effort. I was hired with no prior sales experience as a regular "digital marketing specialist" and management took a surprising amount of time with me to help me develop marketing knowledge and sales tactics which lead to an increased salary, further promotions, and honestly just a much better life. The company culture is fun and wonderful (as the other reviews allude to) and we're good at what we do, but realistically this company is most special because of it's earning potential and upward mobility.
Cons
Not for everybody. Starting off on the sales floor is a bit challenging (especially if you're new to sales) and requires some grit. However, literally all of our upper management - up to the VP of Sales & Marketing, started out in the lowest level jobs here like the rest of us. Therefore, they understand the same struggles, and help navigate them with an experience eye.
