It's an enjoyable place to work, culture and work/life balance are great. Opportunity to make good money.

Cons

Somewhat difficult for advancement. Some policies seem outdated.

Great for money and growth motivated. Poor if you lack confidence

Pros

Consistant schedule. Very quick and clear promotions for those who perform. Not micromanaged. Your success is yours and your pay constantly grows with the company as you get sales

Cons

Cold calling is a challenge you have to overcome. 95% of people dont want to talk to you. If you cant handle rejection this job isnt for you.
