4yThank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. We are growing at a very fast pace and we are aware that book sizes for some of our teams are getting too high.
There are 25 new account managers being ramped up in our paid search org alone, and we are making major strides in automating many aspects of the workflow. This quarter we will release a crm update that will create better pathways for our AM’s to communicate and share data, which will relieve several pain points for the team and provide a better client experience. In addition to this, we are freezing all sales hiring in Q4.
I’m very sorry this role was not a good fit. I appreciate everything you did while you were with us and sincerely wish you all the best in everything you do.
