      Pretty supportive place to work

      Pros

      It had a very friendly environment with a good leadership team. They will put in the effort to help you if you are putting in the effort yourself. After working for six plus months the pay becomes pretty good especially for a more entry level position.

      Cons

      There is a lot of sale stress and a very high turnover rate for salesman. The first six months are really tough and there can be a lot of pressure if you are not making sales.

      Pros

      LP is filled with an incredible team, everyone is so welcoming and accepting and there to help you succeed. I’m so happy that we can work remote indefinitely, a win for me!

      Cons

      Recently, they have been overworking us all quite a bit and it doesn’t seem like a solution is anywhere close. I think they need to be more mindful of their employees & make sure everyone is handling the additional work stress better

      Thank you for your feedback. We know bandwidth is an issue right now and we are taking steps to reduce workloads. We are hiring aggressively in almost every position, we are increasing prices in several areas, and we have placed a huge priority on improving workflow automation.
