Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate everything you did while you were with us and hope you are doing well. It sounds like this was right in the middle of a large growth period for our paid social team at the end of last year. We have since made several changes, including adding more staff, which has significantly helped with the issues you mentioned. We are also restructuring our database to help with some of the communication points you brought up. We are a very fast growing company, which comes with its own set of challenges, but it can be very rewarding for those who are able to help find solutions.
