      Pros

      Logical Position is a great employer for recent graduates or individuals who want to change their career path and get into digital marketing. There are great opportunities for advancement for those who put in the work. I appreciate the overall transparency of the company, and the recent emphasis on diversity and inclusion within all the offices. I can't wait to see what the future holds here!

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company, so there are some struggles (growing pains) that go along with that, but leadership always seems to step up to the challenge and work through those issues.

      Pros

      Cool group of people, which explains a great work environment. Lots of room to grow since it is a relatively new company.

      Cons

      Everyone (or almost everyone) starts from a sale position, it might be hard if you don't like it.

      Great mentorship, education, and training.

      Cons

      Everything is about timing in regards to finding the prospects looking to close now, can make it hard to hit quota.
