      Pros

      Low micromanagement, lots of opps to upsell products/services to clients, the people are really cool/fun to work with, they match you with clients that seem to be the best fit to your personality, NO SALES QUOTA/COLD CALLS, lot of support/resources available, i actually enjoy waking up and hitting the grind, manage your own calendar

      Cons

      not a lot of opportunities for management/team lead roles with a ton of people ahead of you in the pipeline.

      Pros

      Logical Position is a great company to work for. The culture is the best I have ever been a part of. Great teammates, who are willing to drop everything to help one another out. Also, the leadership team empowers each team member to affect change from all levels to improve the company. The company has an employee growth mindset and will do everything needed to help advance each employee in their career. Logical Position has a very diverse employee base ranging from a number of different backgrounds.
