Pay is terrible and unlivable. They’re constantly doing raise freezes and now they want you on a commission base. This is forcing many of us to get second jobs, then management has the nerve to ask why people aren’t excited all the time since “it’s never been a better time to be at LP”. Not to mention they’re using AI in everything and not being transparent with clients about how 99% of the work is done by AI. This company is a sinking ship and everyone needs to jump while they still have a chance.

Things have changed. It's not enough to just make or break quota. They now want you to have "productivity points". They want more calls and more talk time on the phones regardless of if you are light years above quota. This is NOT how a sales force at a company should be ran. It's getting so corporate there sadly. The pay is absolutely laughable for most positions at the company. Even salespeople who have been there for years - some think they are being paid well. They are not compared to others in the field. It is very much on the low end and they know it, which is why some of the best salespeople are leaving. It use to be fun, and they use to trust you to just make sales. Now they wanna start focusing on quantity over quality.
