      Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear your about your experience and that you felt you were overlooked in any way. Being 100% remote today, in order to practice social distance, I agree we could have rolled out WFH sooner in several positions. Our account managers are definitely on the front lines and are consistently recognized for it. The compensation for that roll is above industry average and based on performance and book growth. I appreciate everything you did while you were at LP. I'm glad you met some good people, and I hope you were able to take something positive away from the experience.       Pros

      I've been with Logical Position for almost two years now and have very much enjoyed my work here. The best thing about working for Logical Position is the management. Everyone wants you to succeed and will pull out any tool at their disposal to help you reach your goals. The work can sometimes be repetitive and tough but it is very rewarding helping people grow and refine their businesses.

      Cons

      You have to perform and hit KPIs if you want long-term stability but on the bright side, there are countless educational tools, people, and resources to help you do so.

      Pros

      Great personnel from the top down create an enjoyable environment to work in. Office atmosphere is friendly and competitive. Management treats everyone fair and will help anyone who asks. You are rewarded very well for your hard work. The company culture and values are not just words on a website, they are alive in each and every employee!

      Cons

      Sales requires consistent hard work and for some people that isn't a good fit so sometimes it can be difficult to say goodbye to coworkers who leave.
