Pros
As a long-term employee of Logical Position, I have always held a great deal of admiration for our co-CEOs, but never more so than during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their steadfast leadership has nurtured us, comforted us, and given us hope during this time of uncertainty.
After witnessing so many years of exceptionally well-managed company growth, I should not have been surprised by the care and planning put forth in guiding the company through this national crisis. Prior to our current work from home status, many precautionary measures were put in place to safeguard employee health in the workplace, such as providing individually-wrapped snacks and thoroughly sanitizing the offices. The transition to working remotely was seamless due to their extensive preparation. Efforts have even been made to maintain workplace culture, like our company-wide live-streamed talent show.
Our co-CEOs have a knack for exceeding the expectations of both their employees and their clients. One has quoted a Latin phrase a few times over the years - Age Quod Agis - meaning "Do Well Whatever You Do." They live this belief everyday and their credo has trickled down through the entire staff.
One could not ask for better leaders, a better company, or a better workplace.
