-Logical Position builds such a great culture to be around. Over your time training and doing your daily tasks, your team (and the teams around you) feel more like family. I've found this to be a nice chance of pace from other jobs I've had, as people genuinely care about one another. -Thorough training: you will be prepared for just about every aspect of the job you start at Logical Position. The people in charge of training do a great job getting you up to speed on everything to where you'll feel prepared for any scenario thrown your way in the role. -Logical Position does a great job helping you grow here as well. A lot of people start in the Entry Level Sales role and move up through the ranks of Sales or other departments. A lot of people in management roles built themselves up from Sales to get where they are now, regardless of department. -Logical Position also specializes in the ever expanding world of digital advertising. Now more than ever, digital advertising is so important to businesses large and small. Working in this field will expose you to so many businesses you'd never would think existed as well as learn a multitude of strategies in the digital realm -Benefits are very nice for entry level roles. You do have to wait a bit to access them, but that's been the same with most other jobs I've had in the past as well -The senior leadership is a fun group here in Charlotte. They're just as likely to push you in new directions as much as they are to want to grab happy hour with the team. It's a unique environment that is so much fun.
