Pros

-Exposure to a variety of industries and personality types is great for young professionals just starting their career. -Lots of great coworkers. -Learning to manage the workload will set you up for success later in your career. -HQ is pretty nice.

Cons

-Short-sighted leadership. -Poor management decisions have resulted in a lack of direction and caused confusion across all levels of the company. -The "yes man" culture that's become pervasive limits any real innovation. -Unmanageable work load and little recognition.

Pros

I started in an entry-level position at Logical Position, but over the years, I've been presented with exciting opportunities that have allowed me to advance within the company. Logical Position has pushed my professional and personal growth in ways I never anticipated. Furthermore, the culture at Logical Position remains strong after all these years, with amazing benefits, perks, and great people!

Cons

Change is constant at Logical Position, so if you're not able to adapt, the company may not be for you. Logical Position also allows employees to work remotely full-time, so it could be a con for those looking to work with people in person.

Pros

- Work from home has it's pros and cons, but the flexibility it allows for is definitely a pro - Working in an industry that's constantly changing and being a part of a company that's doing everything it can to stay on the forefront - Some view this as a con but for me, working for a larger, established company is definitely a pro. Hearing in some all hands meetings that we're one of the largest agencies in the Americas is pretty cool. - Maybe a controversial opinion, but change is good. I love that our company hasn't just rested on the past successes. The industry is changing. AI is a real thing, even if some people want to bury their heads in the sand and pretend it's not going to impact them or our clients. Leadership has been pretty transparent about using AI but in a way that allows us as employees to be more efficient while delivering more, and in many ways better deliverables to our clients. Those who can adapt will not just survive, but thrive. I'm personally very excited about many of the changes that have happened and others that are currently happening. Huge positive impact for me personally and many of the people I work with. It's unfortunate that the only people who seem to be leaving reviews on here are former employees who couldn't adapt. The reality is that a lot us are excited and looking forward to a future where we are more well rounded employees that are more marketable both at LP and any other company we'd ever look to work for.

Cons

- Some people may view the chaos of digital marketing as a con. Things change on a dime. Platforms update, interfaces look different, AI tools are popping up everywhere, and there's literally no time to figure it out. It keeps me on my toes but does make for some inevitable inefficiencies and delays in workflows. I don't think that's unique to us but it is something people should know about. -It's sedentary. I have to force myself to get up throughout the day because I'm really just on my computer typing or in Teams meetings. WFH makes that both easy and hard, because it's easy to get lost in your work and lose a few hours but also easy to just stand up and move around when you have a minute.
