Pros

Logical Position is a growing company. New roles are bing created all of the time which gives individuals the ability to learn new things and grow. The CEO's are down to earth and the way they carry themselves and run the company make you want to join the cause and help continue to build the company. The balance of work and play is something the company seems to focus on. Logical Position has teams of people dedicated to creating events that are fun and charitable. The biggest Pro in my book would be compensation. I took a substantial pay cut to start in an entry level position. I worked hard and took advantage of opportunities that hard work afforded and have been very happy with how the company compensates at each level.

Cons

Growing companies have growing pains but I have seen some amazing turn around time on issues needing resolution. Leadership is always within arms reach so, getting things done is pretty seamless.

Pros

Logical Position is a great company to work for if you're looking for a company who genuinely cares about you as an individual. I spent years working for website development agencies, industrial hygiene firm, and more. Never did I feel like a valued person the way I do here. There is an abundance of positive feedback for a job well done. There are a plethora of events LP puts on, both internally like sports leagues, and externally with helping the community and giving back. Working here, I never feel like I'm working "for the man" and know my work is helping clients grow their businesses. It's a work hard, play hard environment and everyone gets along. We're friends outside of work and LP really fosters building those relationships. The most important thing is that everyone has a voice and is heard. The CEO has an open door policy and is actively walking around talking to employees. If there's a grievance or an issue, it's quickly addressed and solutions are brought forth. No one is dismissive and no problem is too small to bring up. They're open to suggestions on improvements and workflow changes. They work hard at making sure employees are taken care of so don't skimp on employee welfare and are constantly giving back to us. They pride themselves on transparency both with clients and with their employees. I've referred a few people who now work at LP, and there are 6 sets of siblings who work here, so that speaks volumes for how much people enjoy working here. LP is constantly adapting and changing with technology and regulations, and is driven to stay ahead of the pack. It's a fun, supportive and engaging environment to work in. I can't talk it up enough!

Cons

Be careful with growth. LP has exemplary company culture, don't lose that when expanding.

Pros

LP is always looking to improve products/services. For me, this makes my job easier in terms of selling. I tell my prospects/clients about the new updates rolling out and what we're doing about them. When your company strives to have the best product in the business, makes it easier to sell. Our process, pay, and benefits have improved every year I've been here. I can tell you from experience, if you show up every day improving your craft and work hard, this job and company WILL reward you. I like working in sales at LP because my hard work directly effects my salary. Every year my salary has increased dramatically. I work with some fantastic co-workers and met lifelong friends. We have a work hard play hard work environment, which is exactly what I was looking for. There's also a ton of organized activities and volunteering events available outside of work. Great way I got to know my fellow employees and upper management when I first started. Upper management has an open door policy and everyone is respected. I can talk to our VP's and CEO's almost any day of the week. I remember my first week on the sales floor, our CEO introduced himself to me and was genuinely interested who I was. He asked how I liked the job so far and what I liked to do outside of work (we talked about mountain biking for about 15 minutes). I've worked several jobs where I rarely spoke or saw the owners, so this was very important to me. It's very exciting to be part of a company growing extremely fast due to success. I'm very excited for all the new products and services we're rolling out in the near future!

Cons

No cons. I really like my career at LP and I can't see that changing. If I had to put a con, it would be related to fast growth. Any company growing at 40% year over year with 500ish employees will have growing pains.
