Logical Position reviews

I've worked in the marketing field for 4 years, in sales for about 6 cumulatively. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that Logical Position is the best company I have ever worked for. Sales is hard; it doesn't feel that way here. The culture is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Not only does management make themselves readily available, they go to great lengths to ensure your success, from one on ones, to teaching anything you might be confused on, to hopping on the phone with you to help you through the tough ones. A huge, and noticeable difference to me, is the opportunity that is available. Being in sales as long as I have, I find most companies that are sales-driven to be... Lacking in the department of equality of opportunity, often discriminating internally on the basis of age and gender. That is absolutely not the case at LP. I have never had such equal, fair, and uplifting treatment as I do here. I truly feel I was hired for my merit and capability, and feel I have as much opportunity in front of me, as anyone in the company, which is refreshing. Logical Position treats its employees with the same importance and care as it does it's customers, and it shows. Business to business sales are hard! It's a different ballgame from inbound and consumer based sales. But, working here, I'm equipped with the knowledge, and the freedom, to create my own success. It helps that every single person I encounter will help me with questions, concerns, and confusions (and I have had ALOT of those over the time I've been here) patiently, and enthusiastically. I've never loved a company before, and been excited to wake up and go to work; typically the honeymoon phase ends after about a month for me. I can say now with utter sincerity, that I do. The people, the culture, the care, and the passion that LP puts into it's employees quality of life is beyond expectation.
