Pros

Your pay is very closely related to the amount of effort you put in. Great relationships with co workers and managers. Friendly competitions from time to time to inspire you to work harder. Mangers genuinely want to see you succeed and want to help you learn the ropes. Free breakfast Wednesdays. Typically early out Friday. Just a great company to work for. Acquire pto a tad faster than the standard 4 hours pay cycle.

Cons

Cold Calling, but who really enjoys doing that anyways. Paid Holidays occur once DMS2, which takes a little bit of time. Juggling between finding quality prospects and getting desired call volume for the day. Getting hung up on by people you know the company could help.

Amazing leadership in the Austin office

Pros

If you are lucky enough to work for Austin Trunnell, take notes while you do. Austin is an outstanding GM for LP's Austin, TX satellite office. He is more than just leadership, Austin gets down to the nitty gritty with his reps and will make sales calls himself. Listening to him on the phone is the best lesson that a rep can get. He genuinely cares about his staff, their personal and professional growth, as well as the growth of his business. Derek Adams is also a great manager. In my time with LP, I found it inspiring seeing him develop and hope that someday I exude the same values and work ethic as him.

None that come to mind.
