      Pros

      Bar none great management. The culture and people are awesome.

      Cons

      Unless you absolutely kill it out the gate, the compensation is not good. I suggest they change the payment model.

      Pros

      Great culture, great people, supportive environment.

      Cons

      Pay. Quota is hard to hit and training is pretty all over the place. Performance improvement plans are not really "plans".

      Amazing Company!!

      Pros

      The company culture, from top to bottom, is phenomenal. Everyone in upper management wants to see you succeed and grow as an individual. Also, the work-life balance is the best I've ever experienced. The company knows that the people that they hire are going to hold themselves accountable for getting their job done.

      Cons

      The growing pains that come from an up-and-coming company. E.g. the policies are constantly changing, which can be frustrating. Other than that, I can't think of any.
