Cons

Avoid this company at all costs. They will fire you with a whim if you don't make sales, raise ROI, or just because. The CEO, Eric Scriven, is a luddite to say the least and knows less about business. Why the founders thought he should take control is beyond me. After 2 company wide reorganizations it has never been the same. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

- Early years offered great mentorship and lots of learning opportunities. - Collaborative, supportive coworkers — team culture was initially strong. - Exposure to digital marketing at scale, helpful for building a career foundation. - Work-life balance was reasonable compared to many agencies.

Cons

- Over time, the culture became toxic due to constant reorganizations and layoffs. - Leadership shifts created instability and confusion, leaving employees in the dark. - Pay consistently lagged industry standards, with little upward movement. - Promotions often felt based on politics or favoritism rather than performance. - Disconnect between sales and operations led to client churn and internal friction. - Morale dropped significantly as management prioritized image over accountability. - The quality of the work we do for clients has suffered due to the changes we've experienced.
