Pros

The opportunity to witness a company I would never want to work for. In addition the opportunity to witness inefficient processes and how they can effect a business.

Cons

Pay, culture, people' Walmart base wage-11.00/hr Fred Meyer base pay- 12.00/hr Garbage man base pay-14/00/hr Logical POSITION BASE PAY-12.00/hr No "logical" explanation for paying college grads 12.00/hr to sell over-saturated services. Aside from blatantly taking advantage, I cannot think of any.

Thank you for the feedback. We are surprised, but ultimately concerned, to read a review like this. Throughout the history of LP, we have made strides in employee satisfaction by listening to and learning from criticism. That is why we take a post like this very seriously. We want to address a few concerns to which you refer. Regarding pay, that is simply a base hourly rate for entry level sales. No one in sales is expected to, or should anticipate, making $12/hour for very long. There is a commission system in place that generates additional income. In most cases this ends up being substantially more than $12/hour. The system is also set up so that you are rewarded for your tenure and given residuals on your book of business. One of our favorite components of Logical Position is seeing large paychecks given to our sales staff. We love rewarding our employees, and we love seeing their client lists grow. We have a number of former employees who have left reviews on our Glassdoor who were very satisfied with their tenure at LP. In addition, we have a large number of positive reviews from internal employees. We believe this is a positive sign. We do not ask any of our employees to leave reviews. Those are all written of their own volition. We are delighted to see such a high rating generated from happy LP employees. There is an award that we are very proud of that was also the result of unprovoked feedback from our employees. We were rated the #3 workplace in America by Inc. Magazine through an anonymous survey of our team. Our staff was not pressured to rate us so highly, they did so simply because they love where they work. We are incredibly proud of this. We have a team here who is dedicated simply to employee happiness, and they work every day to cultivate and grow the atmosphere that has led to this award. We appreciate your feedback. Granted, we are concerned that anyone would leave with this opinion of LP, but it gives us solace to know that this is the exception to the rule. We take your critique seriously and we will do what we can to ensure that no one shares your opinion in the future. Have a great day, and good luck in your next professional endeavor.

Pros

-Ive never worked for a company that truly cares about their employees succeeding like Logical Position does - The advancement opportunities and endless, then company does an amazing job of showing you exactly what you have to do to get promoted. The best part is you can get a $1 raise in the first month if you perform! -Core values are so huge with this company they are very family oriented and treat their clients and employees as such. -Best office environment imaginable, not cut throat at all -Best part about the job is that the Google Adwords service that you sell works and Logical Postion is one of the best at it! -Pretty awesome being an original Google Priemere Partners as well.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Our Charlotte office has been open for 2 months and is using some new technology. We have found that having managers assist with the account audit process early on helps build longterm sales aptitude. After a few months, sales represetatives have the ability to perform unassisted audits. The alternative to using search engines for procuring leads is to distribute a list of phone numbers. We have found that allowing sales representatives to cultivate and research their own leads is far more fulfilling than blindly prospecting. I will check on the lunch piece but in my experience our managers are very understanding of calls that go over lunch or break and are flexible about when those are taken (every manager was also a rep at one point). I appreciate the feedback very much and would be happy to hear anything else you might have. -mikew@logicalposition.com
