Pros
Great entry-level place to work. You'll get caught up with everything to know about the SEO landscape and how the internet works behind the scenes. Work with fellow employees who are knowledgeable and able to help and contribute to success.
Cons
Very difficult to progress upwards, both in terms of position and salary. Pay increases only come through promotion, and promotion is rare, especially to any sort of management role. Hiring/Promo/Firing choices can be questionable. Some people may be promoted for cultural impact while not being a subject matter expert for the people they manage, can make things difficult when difficult situations arise.
