- Short training period that focuses mainly on the services. - No Red Bull machine in the breakroom.

Pros

Positive and upbeat work environment that rewards you for the work you put in. My general manager is so helpful and keeps everyone on point and provides us with the training and the tools we need to grow and surpass our expectations. The owners and upper management are down to earth and treat you like a colleague. The more you achieve the more they respond with promotions and incentives in real time. They genuinely listen and value our input and creativity. The service that Logical Position offers it's clients is incredible and their customer service is unmatched! I love that I can be so proud of the service I am recommending to people.

Cons

While I don't find this to be a con, it is important to know that you must be motivated and keep your energy up to maintain performance levels.

Logical Position is a great, growing company. They are honest to potential clients about what they are selling and what they offer. The atmosphere is very positive and the associates are enthusiastic about the products they are selling. Also, Eric S. was extremely supportive, positive and pro-active in our training. The company could not ask for a better VP of Sales.

Cons

If you have to take I-5 North home it takes 1.5-2hrs with traffic.
