Pros

Working for Logical Position has been a great experience, in both professional development and culture. In my 2 years at LP, I have not only developed great relationships with my colleagues and clients, but have also had the opportunity for hands-on training and creative development. All of our employees are offered the chance to grow and advance in their position with LP, and that’s what makes it so great. I’ve always believed that companies who show their employees great worth and care do have the best employees; as it is the deep company culture that makes the employee WANT to work harder. In working for Logical Position, I feel that through and through. I have never laughed more at any other job than I have here. With unique benefits, rewards, and advancement opportunities, this truly is a fun culture to be a part of. If you’re seeking the opportunity to rise to great heights in your professional career, then you should apply where I work!

Cons

To stay ahead of the curve and at the top of my game, I have had to work hard to prove my abilities and worth. While this is not negative insight whatsoever, this job does require employees to work hard in order to move to that next step. Employees who have not done that simply get lost in the shuffle. At the end of the day, we work hard so we can play hard.

Pros

The 7-3:30 schedule gives you some flexibility after work, namely to escape traffic.

Cons

Little to no training--expected to spend maybe half a day learning the product and then start blowing up the phone until a business owner gives you any time of day, at which point a manager "silent coaches" you into forming a dialogue before they jump on the phone. Your job is to cold call nonstop--there is no "research" or "prospecting," unless you count what they ask you to do while you are at home and off the clock. Turnover rates, as you can imagine, are very high, and it's surprising if someone stays beyond their first month. Everyone is told that the "Internet Marketing Specialist" position is their gateway into other career opportunities, and that everyone starts there, but it's nothing more than a placeholder until you quit or are fired.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience working for our us. Our training program is more than a half a day and we occasionally silent coach new people while on the phone to further train them if they are not picking things up as quickly as others. We ask that our employees dial at least 10 businesses per hour, that is not "non-stop" and allows time between for industry research. The entry level position is hardly a placeholder until you quit or get fired considering our 80+ person company consists of 50 people that once held the entry-level position and have been promoted within sales or to other departments.

Pros

I am leaving after a year for a dream job in my core profession. Here are some of my thoughts on Logical Position: - Sales Management is Top Tier: I've worked under every sales manager on the floor and learned different, important things from every one of them. They are all brilliant in a different way. - The company is an authentic, altruistic trusted advisor to clients. It has an impeccable reputation. LP has won every major business award in the state of Oregon. They are financially stabile. They also have all the proper certifications and perform at the highest level among Google Partners in this Channel. - The VP of Sales is an exceptional leader. He is a coach, a sales Ninja but do not fear him. He is is there to help you. He's one of many funny people here. He says things at sales meetings such as "If you're not here raise your hand!" - The two CEOs are brilliant, friendly, generous, funny and SMART (bold/underscore). They will not ask anything of you they haven't done themselves. In fact, every senior manager at LP started on the sales floor. - The day zips by. -They have a kick ball team!

Cons

It is a regemented environment and the work day starts promptly at 7 AM. You will be expected to grow and become an AdWords expert. Also, Jess tends to sing off key. It is actually very cute. And you should know that the person who contols the sales floor's music sometimes needs a music intervention!
